Of course I will help you as much as I can either as someone just to support you or to help you find out some answers to your concerns or quote from my own experience. But I am not a GP and therefore as far as medications or diagnosis is concerned I can only advise on questions to ask your GP or consultant. The purpose of this site is in part to explain the terms the latter use to aid and abet your understanding.
